Stud Services

Our studs are available for stud to approved females. In order to ensure the safety and health of our studs along with the integrity of our breed, we require the females to be held to our standards.

All females must have a recent brucellosis test prior to breeding. We reccomend the brucellosis be run once the female has her first blood. Leading up to breeding, we require all females to have progesterone testing to check for ovulation. This allows us to make sure the female has the best chance at getting pregnant from the breeding. 

All females must have a minimum of an SV show rating of SG or higher. We also require the female to have a minimum of hip/elbow x-rays certified clear of hip/elbow dysplasia through a reputable foundation such as OFA, SV, or PennHIP. Females must also be DM (degenerative mylopathy) tested through a reputable company such as OFA, AKC, Embark, or Gensol with clear or carrier results. Any DM carriers will only be allowed to breed to DM clear studs.

The owner/s of the female must be able to show proof of health testing and titles along with a certified 4 generation pedigree. We also require proof of registration.

All of our studs receive routein semen checks and brucellosis testing to ensure the best chance of conception, however we understand that sometimes things just don't work out as planned. For this reason, we are happy to offer a free breeding if the female doesn't take the first breeding. 

Not Currently Offering Stud Services!

We hope to be able to offer stud services again in the future! We take the fertility and health of our dogs seriously and will not offer any males with poor semen quality for breeding. Each stud we bring in is done with extreme consideration to the overall quality, health, and ability to produce. For this reason, we choose to only offer stud services on males we are very confident in.
